Sealing Products Quality Control

CHIMEDA has rigorous raw materials incoming quality inspection and delivery inspection standards

The outer film, polyurethane, thermoplastic TPE material and PVC material are subjected to ultraviolet irradiation and 90oC temperature resistance test after entering the factory, and can only be put into storage after reaching the testing standards;

The hard material of the keel of the PU Foam weather strip is the designated PP model,and the soft material is the TPV material with better aging resistance;

The density and specific gravity of the PU foam of the PU foam weather strip must conform to the testing standards and the foaming shall not be too large or too loose;

All sealing products are sampled for the inspection of appearance, size and the length of a whole roll before leaving the factory, and the factory requirement is greater than the standard 1 meter; guarantee the length is sufficient, and strictly prohibit any shortage

Edge Product Quality Control

The edge banding is mainly divided into 4 production links: coloring and pressing, producing granulation raw materials, extruding bottom strips and printing textures. Each of these 4 links must refer to the sample production. In each link, the production manager will test the product quality, color, texture, etc., and only after passing the test, the person in charge will sign before entering the next production link. Finally, it can only be shipped after passing the final inspection by the quality inspector.

Only with such a rigorous quality control process can we avoid problems as much as possible and ensure the stability of product batches!

Finished Edge Products Must Pass Four Inspections
Before Delivery

Inspection of size specifications

Surface scratch resistance and ink adhesion

Heat shrinkage resistance of the product

(15 min, 140oC, the shrinkage shall be not more than 5%)

Carry out test seal on the edge banding machine to test the firmness

No less than 80% shall be with wood chips.The product can be delivered to the customer after passing these inspections!

This is also the foundation for our quality assurance to our customers.

SGS

All sealing products and edge banding products of our company will be sent to the SGS testing organization every quarter for the self-inspection of ROHS, environmental protection, aging, formaldehyde emission and other indicators to ensure the stability of product quality!
