ABS Edge Banding Customizable

ABS edge banding does not add any fillers (such as calcium carbonate and other substances) during the production process, so the rounded corners are very smooth and bright after trimming, and the surface has strong impact resistance. ABS edge banding has good dimensional stability, will shrink only at a high temperature of 99 degrees, and it has strong resistance to chemical corrosion. It is also more environmentally friendly, has no irritating odor, can be directly burned at high temperature without air pollution, and is beneficial to environmental protection.

ABS Edge Banding Details

Extend the life of furniture

ABS edge banding is attached to the side of the board, it helps to cover and protect the exposed edge of the wood panel from moisture and wear.

Waterproof and UV resistant

ABS edge banding can be used for outdoor or indoor furniture applications. It has good waterproof properties and will not let moisture in, and has good UV resistance and will not fade easily under strong sunlight.

High impact strength

ABS edge banding is very strong and durable, not easy to crack, high temperature resistance, and lighter weight.

High color consistency of trimming

ABS edge banding has better color consistency than PVC edge banding, which means that the edge banding effect is more beautiful and the texture is better. It is usually used in high-end furniture.

About Product Quality

Our products have passed the European AIDIMME test and have the best ink adhesion. The white edge banding has stable color and yellowing resistance level of up to 4~5 (see SGS test report for details, the highest level is 5).
